Tasting
We taste 2-3 specialty coffees from Wrocław roasteries. We compare their aroma, sweetness, acidity, body and finish.

Sensory skills
We use the flavour wheel, tasting notes and an original sensory card game to organise impressions and find words for what is in the cup.

Understanding
We explore where differences between coffees come from and how origin, terroir, variety and processing shape flavour.

Before I started working with coffee, I was an architect and an Airbnb host. That left me with a way of thinking about details, places and atmosphere. Today I bring that into coffee: I work every day as a barista in a Wrocław specialty coffee shop.
In my workshops, we do not start with theory. We sit at the table, taste a few coffees side by side and slowly begin to understand what is really happening in the cup.
I want what you notice at the table to stay with you later: in your own cup, at home.

Before your first sip.
No. The workshops are for beginners and for people who already drink specialty coffee but want to understand it better. I adapt the pace and depth to the people at the table.
The session takes around 90 minutes. We taste two specialty coffees, work with the flavour wheel and tasting notes, then move to alternative brewing methods.
Workshops take place in Wrocław, close to the Market Square. I confirm the exact venue, directions and practical details when we arrange the date.
Yes. You can book a one-to-one session, come as two, or arrange a group of up to 6 people.
I run workshops in Polish and English. Just tell me which language works best for you when booking.
At the moment I run private sessions: one-to-one, for two people or for your own group. We arrange the date and format individually after you send the inquiry.
